We are seeking a dedicated Beneficiary Attendant for a permanent, full-time night shift role that spans 36 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents in their daily needs, offering health and hygiene care, and responding to emergency situations while adhering to safety standards. The position requires a proactive team player who can collaborate effectively with nursing staff for the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents in mobility and daily tasks

• Adjust action plans according to resident needs

• Deliver hygiene care while respecting resident dignity

• Handle all emergencies with urgency and care

• Inform health services about observed changes in residents

Requirements:

• DEP certification in PAB training

• PDSB training completed

• Mandatory Skill 7 certification

• Strong empathy and patience for residents

• Dependable and punctual attendance
