City Sprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Letchworth to support the Out of Hours team, coordinating couriers and the control room to ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.
This maternity cover role is 16 hours across Saturday and Sunday 09:00–18:00, with bank holidays; you will stay organised, communicate clearly and resolve day-to-day queries while keeping City Trak and X‑Despatch updated.
