Position: Commercial Administrator (3 days per week)

Location: On site / Letchworth Garden City, UK

Job type: Permanent / Part-time

Commercial Administrator Responsibilities
  • Coordinate key administrative processes to keep commercial projects running smoothly.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, invoicing, and NHBC registrations for the Commercial Department.
  • Support the Commercial Director, Surveyors, and Buyers with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
  • Ensure timely delivery of information to internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced administrative role with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience with in a commercial team in construction, house building, or the wider property sector is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, for producing accurate reports and managing documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach, attention to detail, and comfort working with numerical data.
  • A proactive communicator capable of building positive relationships across teams and delivering high‑standard support.
