You’ll be responsible for producing accurate estimates from detailed drawings, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, preparing bills of quantities and tender enquiries, and monitoring project costs and margins. Working directly alongside the Director, you'll take ownership of projects from enquiry through to handover whilst helping improve processes as the business continues to expand.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator with residential or domestic experience who has a self-sufficient and personable approach to be able to build strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.

• Produce accurate estimates for domestic refurbishments, extensions and new build projects from detailed drawings
• Produce and manage bills of quantities and tender enquiries
• Work closely with the Director to support the continued growth of the business
• Based out of their office in Letchworth, with sites within Hertfordshire
