Location: Baldock
Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Estimator for a fast-growing construction business specialising in commercial and retail refurbishment, fit-out and enabling works. You will prepare estimates, cost plans and tenders for strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out schemes, while liaising with clients and suppliers throughout the tender process.
You will measure quantities from drawings, analyse quotations, and identify value‑engineering opportunities during site visits and handovers.
