Enovis is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee pre- and post-sales service delivery to clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. You will coordinate between manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
You will develop and implement customer service procedures, manage RMA workflows, and lead a team to handle complex issues with speed and accuracy, reporting to senior leadership and shaping service strategy.
