Part-Time Teaching Assistant (Mornings Only)

Class Education are working with a Letchworth Primary School who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join there supportive team on a part-time, mornings-only basis.

  Mornings only (exact hours to be confirmed, typically during the school day)

  Part-time, term-time only
• Start date:
  
  As soon as possible

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing, both in the classroom and in small groups.

• Support pupils with their learning and engagement in lessons
• Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and preparation
• Provide additional support to individuals or small groups as needed
• Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
• Support pupils' social and emotional development

• Have experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
• Be patient, nurturing and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Be reliable and committed to morning-only working hours
