At Garden House Hospice Trading we are helping to change the way people shop preloved, vintage and upcycled – with 11 stores across North Herts and online. Our retail services directly benefit Garden House Hospice Care and the vital care services it provides.

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to help drive commercial success while contributing to meaningful, community-focused care.

You’ll be a key partner to our Trading and Retail leadership teams, helping them understand performance, identify opportunities, and make confident, evidence-based decisions. You won’t just report on the numbers — you’ll help shape the future of our income-generating activities that support hospice care in the community.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical finance skills with excellent relationship-building ability.

You’ll likely bring:

• ✅ Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience
• ✅ Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• ✅ Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
• ✅ Confidence translating financial data into clear, practical insight
• ✅ Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge

Bonus points if you have experience in retail, commercial trading, charity or not-for-profit environments — but this isn’t essential.
