Join our Finance team in Hitchin as a Financial Analyst, where you will play a central role in our global finance transformation through the implementation and ongoing development of Net Suite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB). This role is crucial in building the planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that support informed decision-making across our global organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Analyse financial results, operating trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support monthly reporting and business decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports, management reporting packages, forecasts, and analytical presentations for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses that support strategic planning and business performance.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation, profitability, and other financial drivers to provide actionable business insights.
• Research economic and business trends that may impact financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership.
