Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser

• Learn how to carry out hearing assessments and support customers throughout their hearing care journey.
• Develop practical clinical skills alongside experienced Hearing Aid Audiologists.
• Build your knowledge through structured workshops, online learning and guided study.
• Complete written and practical assessments throughout the programme.
• Maintain a Clinical Competency Logbook to demonstrate your development.
• Receive regular coaching, feedback and milestone reviews to support your progress.
• Gain experience working across our clinics while delivering outstanding customer care.

• Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science at grade 5 (High
  
  C) or above (evidence required).
• Ideally have relevant clinical experience, e.g. within a hearing care support or healthcare role.
• Be able to work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.
• Be willing to study independently and travel as required.

Demonstrates strong clinical skills in hearing assessments and customer care, with a commitment to continuous learning and development through structured training and practical experience.
