Front of House Team Member

At Three Horseshoes we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team. We provide full training and support so you can build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

• Help prepare and serve our delicious food and drinks at Three Horseshoes.
• Offer friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

We’re a small batch of handpicked locals – your home for British hospitality. Our Three Horseshoes is a Grade‑I listed early 18th‑century coaching inn that provides indulgent Sunday roasts, warming pies, seasonal specials, rich desserts and a wide range of cocktails, gins, wines and craft ales. Whether our guests are local Letchworth residents or welcome newcomers, we serve long lazy lunches, hearty dinners, refreshing drinks and Champagne brunches.
