Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + No Desk Charge + Monthly Bonus Schemes + Benefits

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle while building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success directly rewards you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Proactively identify and win new client business
Client Management:
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Candidate Sourcing:
Use job boards, social media & networking to attract talent
Screening & Interviews:
Assess suitability and manage the interview process
Offer & Onboarding Management:
Handle negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Compliance:
Ensure all placements meet legal and company compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in a 360 role
Strong business development skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
A resilient, motivated individual with a results‑driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi-tasking environment
