WD## What You Will DoAs a Supply Planner within our Security Products business, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability for our EMEA external customers. You will be part of the Supply Planning team, responsible for placing purchase orders and managing stock across our distribution warehouses to meet customer demand. Working closely with Customer Service and Inside Sales, you will help deliver best‐in‐class customer service through accurate planning, allocation and timely delivery of products.

This role is primarily office‐based with close cross‐functional collaboration.##

* Plan and place purchase orders to ensure product availability for customer orders
* Utilise SAP and JDE ERP systems to manage supply, stock movements and allocations
* Transfer product to the correct distribution warehouses based on demand
* Allocate stock to sales orders where required to meet customer commitments
* Update delivery and dispatch information to support on‐time, in‐full delivery
* Receive products into stock and ensure system accuracy
* Work closely with Customer Service and Inside Sales teams to resolve supply issues
* Support continuous improvement in supply planning and customer fulfilment processes##

What We Are Looking For
** Required
* ** Previous experience in supply planning and/or demand planning
* Experience working with a recognised ERP system
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
** Beneficial
* ** Experience using SAP and/or JDE ERP systems
* Experience supporting customer‐facing or sales support team
