Joinery Project Manager / Fit-Out Project Manager – Bespoke Commercial Joinery (Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire and London)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Joinery Project Manager to join a specialist joinery manufacturer based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, delivering bespoke joinery packages for commercial fit-out projects in London and the South East.

Our client designs, manufactures and installs bespoke joinery in its own workshop, with a strong focus on sustainable joinery. Projects are mainly commercial fit-out with joinery packages of up to £1 million.

This is a senior role for a Project Manager with a genuine joinery background who can run projects as the number one, from order handover through design approvals, procurement, workshop manufacture and finishing, to installation, snagging and close-out. You will split your time between the office and workshop in Letchworth and client sites in London.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading joinery contracts from order handover to close-out, owning the contract programme and the key drivers of each project: programme, setting out, procurement, production, installation and close-out
• Managing budgets and margins, reviewing CVRs, giving early warning of overspends and spotting commercial risks before they become problems
