Large Format Print Finisher / Production Operative

A well-established large format printing and display production company is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join its friendly production team in a varied, hands-on role.

This position is ideal for someone with strong print finishing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing, ripping, and importing print files

· Operating large format laminating equipment

· Managing and prioritising print workloads alongside the production team

· Cutting, weeding, and applying vinyl graphics

· Stock control, inventory checks, and ordering materials

· Collating and quality-checking large print jobs

· Operating Zünd cutting equipment

· Supporting general print finishing and production activities

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

· Previous experience within large format printing or print finishing

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Good organisational and timekeeping skills

· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

· Flexibility to work until daily production targets are completed

· Pride in maintaining equipment and work standards

· A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Salary & Benefits

·£28,000 - £38,000 per year (depending on experience)

Working Hours

· Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

· Overtime as required at X1.5
