Altro Limited is recruiting a Manufacturing Fabrication Team Leader for our Value Added Services team at the Letchworth plant. You will lead and develop a small team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and oversee cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role operates on rotating day shifts, Monday to Friday. You will mentor up to six technicians, conduct regular one-to-ones, and implement lean tools, 5S, and visual management to sustain a high-performing operation aligned
