We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing company in Letchworth on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive production team with the potential for long‑term work.

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are assembled, packed, and prepared to the highest standards whilst meeting production targets. This is a hands‑on role that requires previous production or manufacturing experience and a positive, hardworking attitude.

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling products to specification
• Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Loading materials onto production lines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following production instructions and health & safety procedures
• Meeting daily production targets
• Supporting the wider production team as required

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach and willingness to undertake a variety of production tasks
