Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturer based in Letchworth
, is looking for experienced TIG Welders / Fabricators to join their busy workshop team.

This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an experienced TIG Welder looking for long-term, stable employment with a successful manufacturing business.

You will be working in a workshop-based fabrication environment
, producing high-quality precision components and fabricated products to customer specifications.

• Carry out TIG welding and fabrication to a high standard.

• Work with a variety of materials and components.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Prepare, fit and weld components accurately.

• Manufacture precision components to customer specifications.

• Carry out quality inspections on completed work.

• Ensure welds and finished products meet required quality standards.

• Use workshop tools and equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.

• Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

• Previous TIG welding experience is essential.

• Previous fabrication or workshop experience.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Good understanding of welding and fabrication techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• £16.00–£18.00 per hour
