Driveway & Landscaping Trade | Hybrid (Phone + Field)

We are looking for an experienced Trade Sales Manager to grow our customer base within the resin‑bound, driveway and landscaping trade.

This is a B2B sales role, selling resin‑bound materials to professional installers — not homeowners.

The role is hybrid, combining outbound phone‑based sales with field visits to installers, yards and sites. You’ll be responsible for opening trade accounts and developing long‑term, repeat business.

• Prospecting and engaging driveway, landscaping and resin‑bound installers.
• Opening and developing trade accounts.
• Managing your own pipeline and diary.
• Building long‑term relationships that generate repeat orders.
• Using a mix of phone sales and face‑to‑face visits.

• Proven B2B sales experience (trade / construction / materials preferred).
• Confident selling over the phone and in person.
• Self‑motivated and commercially minded.
• Comfortable managing your own time and territory.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Clear performance expectations and progression.

You’ll have a solid base salary while you build accounts, with bonus paid once agreed performance levels are exceeded. High performers are rewarded as turnover grows.
