Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our client's waste collection team based in Letchworth Garden City. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for consistent weekday work with an early finish every day.

As a Refuse Loader, you'll work as part of a three-person crew, collecting household waste and recycling from residential properties across the local area. You'll be responsible for ensuring collections are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while providing an essential service to the community. This is a physically demanding role that involves regular walking, lifting and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Collect household waste and recycling from residential properties.
• Work safely and effectively as part of a three-man team.
• Load waste onto the refuse collection vehicle.
• Follow planned collection routes and schedules.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with members of the public.
• Assist the driver and crew to complete daily rounds efficiently.

• A good level of physical fitness.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to start at 6:00am.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in waste collection, labouring, warehouse or outdoor work is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday – No weekends
• Early finish at 2:00pm
• Weekly pay
