Job Description

Compensation &
Hours:
• $23.50 per hour
• Monday – Friday, daytime hours
• This position is in-office
• Temporary position
Position Summary:
• Reporting to the Controller, you will support daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities that help maintain an accurate picture of business performance
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes
• Prepare journal entries and support financial analysis
• Process invoicing, credits, and intercompany transactions
• Track inventory activity and review variances
• Maintain payroll, expense, and credit card records
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An independent worker who thrives under deadlines
Bonus Points For:
• Exposure to manufacturing or operational accounting environments
• Familiarity with audit, reconciliation, or internal control processes
