In this role, you will report directly to the Financial Controller while ensuring all billing processes run smoothly. With at least three years in bookkeeping and a relevant diploma, you will handle client invoicing, expense reconciliation, and maintain effective communication with project managers.

Your role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers by sharing billing responsibilities

• Process, manage, and send customer invoices

• Post receipts and reconcile expenses accurately

• Review employee claims for accuracy

• Distribute monthly past due statements

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in accounting

• A minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards

• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
