You'll develop solutions with clients and co-workers through collaborative debate and discussion, and work across a variety of engagements with tight deadlines, always with an emphasis on the client experience, team growth, and shared success.

What you'll do

Technical Expertise & Quality Assurance

Peer review corporate year-end files, working with our Client Concierge

Complete detailed reviews of corporate year-end files, following our consistent process

Lead compilation and review engagements

Deliver on the deadlines we promise to clients

Mentor others to improve quality and efficiency

Communication & Client Relationships

Respond to client requests, questions, and suggestions in a timely manner

Adapt your approach to each client's needs and preferences

Foster a positive relationship between clients and their team

Build long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients

Lead, mentor, and coach our Client Managers and team members to grow their technical abilities

Engage in team training and invest in others' professional development

Lead by example and jump in where needed
