Are you a dependable, detail-focused individual with strong numerical skills? We are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist our client’s finance team.

- Possibility for a permanent contract
- Pay range of $20–22/hr., based on experience
- Full-time temporary role
- Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
- Preparing and submitting monthly remittances
- Entering transactions into the General Ledger
- Generating, sending, and tracking invoices
- Addressing and resolving customer questions
- Processing and applying payments
- Preparing reports
- Completing general administrative duties such as phone coverage, email communication, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
- Demonstrated AP/AR background
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Quick Books or Sage
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
