This newly established role seeks an Office Manager with over three years of experience in administration and at least two years in a similar position. You will oversee daily office operations and support tasks such as accounts payable and receivable. Mentoring an Admin Assistant and maintaining client communications are also key parts of this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and administrative workflows
• Assist with AP and AR tasks like coding and payment processing
• Guide the Admin Assistant and gradually delegate tasks
• Handle client follow-ups on overdue accounts
• Provide reception support and front-office tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years in administration; 2 years as an Office Manager
• 1+ years in bookkeeping or high-volume AP/AR
• Preferred diploma or degree in business or accounting
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
