Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and accounting-related responsibilities, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Compensation &

Hours:

Rate of pay $21–24/hr, depending on experience

Full‑time, temporary position

Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Position Summary:

Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management

Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer and vendor inquiries

Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments as needed

Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination tasks

Support reporting and administrative projects as required

Help maintain efficient office procedures and workflows

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

Experience with AP/AR processes

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently

Bonus Points For:

Bookkeeping experience

Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books or Sage

Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

Experience assisting with reconciliations or basic financial reporting
