The position is part-time at Amplifon’s Lethbridge clinic. You will oversee the customer intake process, coordinate appointments, and assist hearing professionals with screenings and troubleshooting. Your administration skills will be crucial for managing inventories and handling customer inquiries, while you promote customer engagement through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate customer intake for smooth experience
• Organize and confirm appointments effectively
• Assist professionals with routine hearing aid needs
• Monitor inventory and billing tasks
• Engage in marketing efforts and customer promotions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in an administrative role, preferably medical
• 2+ years in a receptionist capacity
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong detail-oriented and self-motivated skills
