Part Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Reception duties both in-Person and on the Phone
Preparing Reports and Maintaining Records
Invoice Payments both on the Phone and in-Person
Respond to Customer Queries/Complaints
General Office Duties
Requirements:
Professional, Friendly and Clear Communication with Clients/Customers
Detail Orientated and Organized
Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
Strong Computer and Typing Skills including MS Office
