The Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lethbridge invites applications for a Part-Time Program Management Specialist, working approximately 28 hours weekly. You will oversee vital administrative processes, ensuring that over 25 undergraduate pathways and multiple graduate programs operate smoothly. A focus on student advising and system improvement will define your contributions to the academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise student advising and academic program operations

• Develop systems to improve tracking and support student progression

• Coordinate initiatives and events for graduate students

• Manage compliance and data integrity for academic records

• Foster clear communication and support for student needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred

• Relevant experience in higher education administration

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong project management and organizational skills
