• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Stay current on new product launches, features, and industry trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for the automotive industry and Ford Motor Company products
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior sales experience is an asset but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive on-the-job training from experienced team members
• Valid driver’s license
