Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team, responsible for creating precise damage estimates and coordinating repair efforts with insurance companies. You will interact with customers, ensuring top-notch service while managing the repair timeline. This position is a critical element in achieving the facility’s operational goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems

• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies

• Ensure compliance with insurance processes and metrics

• Update ASE software with all interaction details

• Participate in daily production walks with the management team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role

• Basic computer skills including ASE management system

• Knowledge of collision repair estimating programs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Support customers and ensure quality repairs as Boyd Autobody’s Estimator, contributing to an elite service experience.
