You’ll own the growth of our dealer network and strengthen dealer relationships by driving new business development, ensuring dealer satisfaction and increasing purchase volume. You’ll represent the Southland Trailers brand with authenticity and integrity, delivering consistent revenue growth through education, engagement and proactive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach and sign on new dealer partners in assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers—ensure they feel supported, informed and aligned with our brand
  • Collaborate internally (marketing, operations, product) to equip dealers with training, materials and tools to succeed
  • Conduct regular territory planning, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Monitor dealer performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies (promotions, training, events)
  • Represent Southland at trade shows, dealer meetings and customer events
  • Maintain brand integrity in all dealings—both with dealers and external stakeholders

Qualifications &

Experience:

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B, distributor/dealer networks or manufacturing sales
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills: you connect, engage and influence
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands‑on—comfortable rolling up your sleeves
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willing and able to travel within territory (North America)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Post‑secondary education is an asset
