Construction Labourer
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Construction Labourer is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of our homes, job sites and community.

- Assist in quality control of all homes constructed in a project
- Adherence to building code and corporate safety requirements on all sites
- General labour functions such as site clean-up and maintenance as needed throughout our job sites and community
- Assist in performing touch ups and repairs on sub‑trade deficiencies
- Assist in minor carpentry work throughout the entire home building process
- Proficient knowledge and use of power tools such as air nailers, skill saw, screw gun
- Experience or willingness to be trained on skid steer loader is an asset
- Experience or willingness to be trained on equipment operation is an asset
- Other tasks as required by the site foreman
- Prior building construction experience is required
- Safety training an asset
- Completion of high school diploma is an asset
- Team contributor and willingness to learn
- Good verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of safe work practices and safe job procedures
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license to get to the project site
