Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the screed with manual and automatic controls

• Collaborate with crew for efficient paving operations

• Set and verify screed angle, depth, and asphalt quantities

• Distribute asphalt evenly across the surface

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Screed Operator in highway construction

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical tasks

• Valid driver's license with clean abstract

• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
