Site Foreman

Position: Site Foreman Role at Arbutus Properties
Join Arbutus Properties as a Site Foreman and spearhead multi-family construction projects in Lethbridge. Your leadership will drive project success and ensure quality and safety on-site.

As a key member of our construction team, you will assist with managing site operations and logistics from the ground up. Working closely with the Superintendent, your focus will include supervising crew members, maintaining project schedules, and resolving constructability challenges. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project adherence to budgets and timelines while maximizing efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee crew activities and project quality assurance

• Foster effective communication among teams and stakeholders

• Advise on site-related challenges impacting progress

• Support weekly safety meetings and inspections

• Track project documentation for compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Carpenter Certification preferred

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction

• Capable of material handling with appropriate equipment

• Familiarity with safety regulations and construction practices

• Strong MS Office and CAD proficiency desirable
