Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project startup documentation and maintain organized site reports

• Manage multiple project stakeholder lists and transmittals

• Oversee sub-trade purchase orders and change orders

• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports

• Conduct site visits and maintain comprehensive progress documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture)

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar construction role

• Strong reading and interpreting skills for construction drawings

• Knowledge of contract management methodologies

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project software
