Position: Superintendent for High-Value Projects
We seek a skilled Superintendent to oversee operations on significant commercial and industrial sites, reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations. Ensure project compliance and safety on every assignment.

This role emphasizes your substantial supervisory experience on high-value projects. You will guide teams, manage subcontractor activities, and ensure resource planning aligns with project goals. Regular updates to the Project Manager and monitoring of project progress are key aspects of your duties on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily site operations and workflow

• Maintain a strong presence to resolve construction issues

• Supervise subcontractors and internal teams effectively

• Plan logistics for materials, equipment, and labor

• Take documented progress photos each week

Requirements:

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in construction or similar

• Minimum 10 years as a Superintendent on large-scale projects

• Familiarity with supervising projects over $10M

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in new construction and significant renovations
