Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre‑construction, construction, and close‑out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
Coordinate project activities:
Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases.
Manage documentation:
Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records.
Support meetings & reporting:
Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager.
Oversee change management:
Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review.
Ensure safety & quality compliance:
Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs.
The Right Tools for the Job
Education:
Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination and documentation skills.
Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment on complex ICI or high‑rise residential projects.
