Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

As a key player reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage everything from scheduling to quality control throughout all project phases. Your expertise will ensure that documentation is precise, and compliance standards are met during the execution of complex medium to large ICI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project schedules and budgets

• Manage documentation for all project phases

• Actively participate in meetings, documenting outcomes

• Supervise change management for project adjustments

• Implement safety and quality compliance measures

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field

• At least 4+ years in a general contracting environment

• Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools

• Excellent coordination and documentation skills

• Experience in ICI or high-rise project environments
