Weston Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. With over five years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, you will engage with General Contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior staff and improving project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex commercial construction projects effectively

• Develop and execute project strategies on high-value contracts

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

• Review contracts, specifications, and associated risks

• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and scheduling tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience required

• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
