The successful candidate will oversee civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

The rate of pay will be $100-110K/year, based on experience
Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
Manage civil construction projects from initial planning through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource requirements
Coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents to confirm project scope and requirements
Monitor project costs, timelines, productivity, quality, and overall performance
Identify project risks, delays, and scope changes, implementing practical solutions as required
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support field teams
Prepare project reports, forecasts, change orders, progress billings, and supporting documentation
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and contractual requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of project management or project coordination experience within civil construction, infrastructure, or groundworks
Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents
Strong financial awareness, including cost tracking, forecasting, change management, and progress billing
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and hold project teams accountable
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3DValid Class 5 Driver’s Licence, clean driving abstract and the ability to travel to project sites as required
Bonus Points For:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Familiarity with estimating, tendering, surveying, or construction layout
