Full-Time Construction Worker

At Bester Construction, we offer a permanent employment opportunity for a Construction Worker focused on day shifts with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be skilled in using various construction machinery and tools. Your responsibilities will include transporting materials, reading blueprints, and erecting structures while ensuring safety standards are met on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Read blueprints to assess work requirements

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding

• Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete

• Remove rubble and debris from sites

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (Class 3 or

D)

• Certificate of Secondary education or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years experience in a construction role

• Fall Arrest Protection Training Certification

• Ability to lift up to 45 kg
