Sound Engineer — Volunteer at Music Events

As a Sound Engineer Volunteer with Mosaic Music YQL, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality sound for our live music events. You will gain hands-on experience in live sound engineering, the opportunity to work closely with musicians and gain industry knowledge, get the chance to meet local musicians and music lovers, and volunteer hours and experience (if requested).

What we are looking for:

• Interest in live sound production and music technology
• Basic understanding of audio equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during live events
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
• Assist with setting up and operating sound equipment at live events
• Mix and balance audio levels during performances
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
• Help with teardown and equipment storage after events
• Work closely with performers to meet their sound requirements
• Maintain and organize audio gear

Must be 18 years old or above
