Talent Coordinator

We are currently seeking a professional and organized Talent Coordinator to work within our influencer talent agency division to assist in representing and managing the careers of various social media influencers.

• Assist in discovering and signing influencers looking for business management.
• Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Talent teams to execute content ideas, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting timelines.
• Provide creative input and insights to internal teams and clients, pitching ideas as needed.
• Continuously improve content strategies and best practices.
• Organize and update tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks, and other relevant materials.
• Update financial systems to track payments for completed campaigns.
• Assist in ideating and pursuing growth opportunities for talent.
• Stay on top of trends in the influencer/creator space.

• 2–3 years of experience in the entertainment industry; knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics.
• Positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• University degree or college diploma or equivalent experience.
• Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent.
• Experience professionally managing brand partnerships and in talent management (preferably at an agency).

This role has an annual salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 CAD
