As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting shoppers and tenants alike. Candidates should bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to support various programs within the mall. Elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent support for mall customers

• Facilitate and coordinate gift card and lost and found programs

• Provide accurate directions and answers to inquiries

• Administer refunds and staff manuals

• Organize brochures and customer information

Requirements:

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent education

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous

• First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred

• Commitment to learn Health & Safety procedures
