In this role, you'll represent MCI by managing customer communications in German and English. You'll handle various inquiries from billing issues to account updates, while also ensuring a record of each interaction is maintained. Ideal candidates will show dedication and have strong communication skills paired with a flexible work approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls in English and German
• Clearly translate inquiries to facilitate communication
• Support customers with account updates and issues
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Refer complex issues to relevant departments for resolution
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Required bilingual fluency in German and English
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Preference for candidates with prior bilingual customer service experience
