Leveraging your business diploma and two years of experience, you will proactively engage customers, identify needs, and create sales opportunities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless office operations while delivering superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships proactively
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to assess customer needs
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and thoroughly
• Provide administrative support to ensure office efficiency
• Coordinate office needs to preemptively address issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in business required
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Proven relationship building skills with customers
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail in administrative work
