As a Customer Service Expert, you will facilitate outstanding experiences for both commercial and residential customers by addressing inquiries, prepping orders, and executing effective inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
• Exhibit exceptional customer service to all clients
• Assist customers through phone, in-person, and online
• Prepare and pull inventory for customer delivery
• Identify sales growth opportunities with current customers
• Collaborate with branch leadership on new efficiencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a related retail or wholesale role
• Excellent customer interaction skills required
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation beneficial
• Ready to learn and adapt to new systems
• Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds necessary
