Your role involves processing orders, negotiating prices, and resolving service issues swiftly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls professionally and promptly

• Address inquiries and fulfill customer needs efficiently

• Negotiate prices according to established criteria

• Resolve customer service issues proactively and follow up

• Promote focus products to drive incremental sales

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of industry experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent organizational and people skills

• Customer service driven with product knowledge

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
