Adecco Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Administrative Clerk. This position is perfect for individuals experienced in customer service within logistics. You will answer inquiries, process payments, and engage in dispute resolutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond timely to customer inquiries via various channels
• Initiate dispute resolutions with necessary documentation
• Process payments, credits, and rebills diligently
• Perform account maintenance including billing adjustments
• Collaborate with Territory Managers for optimal service
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, logistics preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
